Jurisdictions

Grown up in the Bermuda regime. Built for the offshore life market.

The treaty lifecycle is domicile-neutral. Regulatory depth is not — so we label it honestly, per regime, instead of implying it.

Bermuda

Demonstrated depth

The regime the platform grew up in. Economic Balance Sheet technical provisions, BSCR-based capital coverage and a filing calendar are built in — and every figure carries its derivation, the evidence an auditor or the Approved Actuary will ask for when a BMA-regulated balance sheet is examined.

  • EBS technical provisions (BEL + risk margin) with drill-down lineage
  • BSCR-based capital coverage with derivation behind each figure
  • Filing-calendar and submission tracking for BMA return types

Cayman Islands

Operational fit

The operational core — structured treaties, ModCo and funds-withheld settlement, bordereaux, multi-currency close, cedent collaboration — is what asset-intensive life & annuity reinsurers run on, in any domicile. TreatyWorks does not currently provide CIMA capital calculations or return preparation; a CIMA filing-calendar catalogue, submission tagging and reserve-basis configuration are available per regulator.

  • CIMA filing-calendar catalogue (annual return, audited financials, actuarial valuation) — tracking only
  • ModCo and funds-withheld settlement arithmetic per structure
  • Reserve bases configurable per regulator incl. CIMA

Other domiciles

Framework-configurable

Tenants are framework-configurable — submission catalogues exist for the UK (PRA), FINMA, APRA and NAIC regimes alongside the BMA, with a framework-scoped filing calendar behind them — so the operating layer travels first, and regime depth is added deliberately, not implied. Regime-specific capital computation beyond the BMA basis is roadmap, stated plainly.

  • Per-tenant regulatory framework drives the submission catalogue (PRA/FINMA/APRA/NAIC/CIMA/BMA)
